Win a fight using a killer combo.
This requires timing, you will most likely get this in the Story mode, just use a combo on an opponent when their health is fairly low, and finish the combo with a killer hit. If you kill them with the final hit, this will unlock.
Solo champion 25
Win a tournament in solo mode.
On the Main menu select Fight Mode, then Tournament. Select 1 Player, then choose your Character, win the tournament to unlock the achievement.
Team champion 25
win a tournament in tag fighting.
On the Main menu select Fight Mode, then Tournament. Select 2 Players, then choose your Characters, win the tournament to unlock the achievement.
Untouchable 20
Win a fight without losing any health.
I’ve found you can only unlock this in the Story Mode, simple enough on Genin Difficulty. Just don’t let an opponent hit you. Blocking counts as a hit. Just don’t tend to use team combos as the opponent can instantly hit you.
Naruto's creed 25
Complete all of the bounty hunter missions.
In Konoha, Hot Springs and Tanzaku Town maps, you will find boxes with question marks on them, these are where you will find the Bounty Hunter Missions. You have to complete all 10 for the achievement to unlock.
Card Collector 40
Find all of the ninja cards.
Find all of the Ninja Cards; When you find a Character Card, you have to defeat the Character on the card. Be warned, no matter what difficulty you are on, even on easy. The AI Character is set to the hardest difficulty.

Delivery boy 10
Complete all delivery missions with Shikamaru.
On your map there’ll be a mail icon. This is Shikamaru’s location, go and talk to him to start a Delivery Mission. Complete them all for the achievement.
World's fastest Ninja 15
Win all of the gold medals in the Tree Action Sequences.
Win all gold medals on Tree Sequences; Across the playable world, in areas there are tree branch sequences. Simply complete all 18 of these within the Gold Time Limit; to do this you need to hit the A button when the area your jumping to turns green, this will increase your speed, I’ve found this works with the Red areas as well, but you lose health. Once you’ve completed the 18th, the achievement should unlock.

Fisherman 15
Win a gold medal in any fishing game.
See ‘Legendary Fisherman’ Achievement.

Gifted eye 15
Complete all hide and seek missions with Neji.
In Konoha, go to where the Hide and Seek icon is on your map. Talk to Neji, you have to find him on all the missions. Just time consuming.
Gold collector 35
Collect 50% of the gold coins
See the “Gold Digger” Achievement.
Gold digger 50
Collect all of the gold coins.
After Completing the main storyline, when you're in any area, it will show up all the Gold locations. On the World map, you can track how many you have gotten from certain areas with the Tally it gives. In the Hidden Leaf Village thankfully you only need Naruto; however, when you leave the Village to hunt down all other gold, take the following team:

•Naruto
•Kiba/Shikamaru
•Choji
You will need Kiba or Shikamaru to run under buildings or small outhouses. Some coins that are worth 5 each; the Legendary Cold Coins; are in rocks smashable by Choji. You will also find some coins are protected by Jonin Ninja; simply beat them and take the coin.

Legendary fisherman 25
Win all of the fishing gold medals.
In any of the Fishing mission win a gold medal. Simple enough, find a fishing mission catch enough fish to get a score equal to, or higher than the top score. To see the top score, press RB as soon as you start, you will then get to see the top 4 scores, simply beat the top Score. In all of the Fishing Missions win a Gold Medal. You can find the fishing missions across the world.

Learn all of the combos in the Dojo.
Learn all of the Combos in the Dojo which can be found outside the Hokage Buliding. All you have to do is complete all Combo Challenges in the Dojo for Each Character. After Completing your last Combo Challenge the Achievement Should unlock.
Naruto Raving Ninja 25
Win all of the gold medals in the Tanzaku festival games.
For this you need to travel to Tanzaku and get a Gold medal in each of the 7 different Games.
Pervy Nation 20
Make all of the Lovelorn Villagers happy by performing the sexy jutsu.
For this you need to find the Lovelorns. Unlike Rise of a Ninja, they don’t have Hearts above their Heads. You’ll find them reading a book with hearts on it. They tend to make comments about girls. You’ll find their locations in this thread.
The last chip is the best 20
Complete all gathering missions with Choji.
On your map there’ll be a basket icon. This is Choji’s location, go and talk to him to start a gathering mission. Complete them all for the achievement.
Top dog 20
Complete all races with Kiba.
On your map there’ll be a flag icon. This is Kiba’s location, go and talk to him to start a race. Complete them all for the achievement.
Way of the tree 20
Win a gold medal in a Tree Action Sequence.
See the “World’s Fastest Ninja” Achievement.
